📅 Standard Bookings (1-3 Rooms)
✅ Free Cancellation if canceled up to 24 hours before check-in (no questions asked).
❌ 50% Refund if canceled on the day of check-in (before 12 PM).
❌ No Refund for same-day cancellations after 12 PM or no-shows.
🏡 Group & Long Stay Bookings (4+ Rooms or 5+ Nights)
✅ Free Cancellation if canceled at least 5 days before check-in.
❌ 50% Refund if canceled 2-4 days before check-in.
❌ No Refund if canceled less than 2 days before check-in.
🔄 Date Changes & Rescheduling
✅ Free date changes for cancellations at least 24 hours before check-in.
✅ One-time free rescheduling for same-day cancellations due to emergencies (subject to availability).
🌧️ Emergency & Special Cases
If you need to cancel due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, government restrictions, or extreme weather conditions, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling option at no extra cost.

💳 Quick & Easy Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
No extra cancellation charges—only payment processing fees (if applicable) will be deducted.
